    Eligibility for Replacements

    Replacements will be considered exclusively in the following scenarios:
    ✓ Incorrect item shipped (documentation required)
    ✓ Item received with manufacturing defects (documentation required)

    How to Request a Replacement or Exchange

    To initiate a return or exchange, please visit:

    Documentation Requirements

    To process your request, the following are mandatory:
    📦 Complete unboxing video showing the package condition upon arrival
    📸 Clear photos of any defects or issues
    🔢 Original Order ID and contact details

    Non-Eligible Scenarios

    We cannot process replacements or returns for:
    ✗ Size discrepancies (detailed measurements are provided in all product descriptions)
    ✗ Subjective quality assessments or personal preferences
    ✗ Items damaged after delivery
    ✗ Products without original packaging, inserts, or boxes
    ✗ Items that show signs of use or wear

    Replacement Process

    2️⃣ Attach order details and required documentation
    3️⃣ Our quality team will review your request within 48 hours
    4️⃣ Upon approval, we'll arrange return shipping or offer alternate solutions

    Service Area Limitations

    📌 If return pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may need to ship the item back at your expense. Once received and verified, we will process your replacement.

    Store Credit Policy

    For prepaid orders where delivery wasn't possible, or in cases where a physical replacement isn’t feasible, we offer store credit to your Best of Craft account, valid for 12 months.

    Special Product Categories

    ⚠️ Custom-made items, sale merchandise, and gift vouchers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
